Birth | $2600

Starting at 38-weeks, I am on-call for your birth. When the moment arrives, I drop whatever I’m doing and head your way. And I stay with you until you have a baby in your hands—whether that’s 2 hours or 20 hours later—and then some. The final number of images varies greatly, as every birth varies greatly!

Storytelling | $1495

This is my main schtick! Storytelling Sessions last about 4 hours and happen mostly at your home. And in essence, I simply hang out with you while you do your thing. In the end you’ll have a finished collection of about 100 images that tell the story of this moment in time.

Day in the Life | $2400

Same storytelling approach, but longer. All Day to be exact. And I love it. If you’re in to all the things (like I am), this is what you want. Day in the Life Sessions last about 12 hours and happen wherever your life normally happens. In the end you’ll have a finished collection of about 300 images that will tell the story of your everyday- the love, tears and tooth brushing.

Smaller | $895

Occasionally there are smaller things—one-concept, fewer-people things— (maternity shoots, newborn-without-older-siblings shoots) that don’t require the same level of time and ease. These Smaller sessions last about 1.5 hours and result in a finished collection of about 30 images.

Special Things | $varies

There are so many special traditions families have- from big things like a Rite of Passage or an annual trip to the lake every July, to small things like decorating their Christmas tree every December or weekly Shabbat with the grandparents- it doesn’t really matter what the thing is; if it’s something that’s meaningful to you and your people, I am passionate about capturing it.

All sessions include travel within Bay Area, up to 50 miles from San Francisco. Beyond that additional travel fees apply.
All sessions are painstakingly culled, edited, and beautified with my own obsessive eyes and hands until I have put together a complete and beautiful collection of images that I feel tells your story.
All sessions include both the high and low res finished files, delivered via a password-protected online gallery where you can download everything, and if desired, order physical products that you can hold in your hands and hang on your walls.
All sessions are delivered to you around 6-8 weeks after your session. (Sometimes what I really mean is 8-10 weeks)
All sessions include up to five immediate family members. Beyond that a $100 charge will be applied for each additional body due to the additional time/work/images.

ADD ONS

I generally stay for about 90 minutes after baby is born. It's enough time to get many of those firsts, but possibly not enough time to capture everything you may want. If you've already hired me to photograph your birth, add-ons are available at the discounted birth client rate.

NEWBIE

Currently my focus is on documenting births and family life. It’s just where my passion is at right now and how I want to spend my time. However, I spent over 15 years as a Wedding and Event photographer, dabble in Branding Photography a bit, and am always exploring new things. If the timing lines up and the situation is right, I try say yes to other types of work when possible. My availability for these other things is fairly limited, but reach out if you’re interested, and we can chat. Ballpark pricing is below.

Branding Photography (custom imagery unique to a business or brand that serves to illustrate to others who you are, what you do, and what you value) can range from basic headshots, to the entire library of images used on your website/social media feed.
